This is a new venture for us. But we thought it could be interesting.
We'd like to help businesses with their written communications - not just externally with their customers, but internally, too. Just think of the number of notices, memos and emails you recieve (and hey, let's be honest, send as well) that are a little opaque in their meaning, that 'come across wrong', the ones littered with their/they're/there mistakes or that just fail to say what they're intended to say. In short, the missives that miss. These are the ones that require a repeat attempt, effectively doubling the amount of time they take up, cause confusion and sometimes even embarrassment. So we'd like to put together bespoke day long courses for companies that can help eradicate this problem, and help people clarify their thoughts and word them more effectively and efficiently.
